We are proud to offer these 16 colors as options for our furniture. Our outdoor furniture is covered in a copolymer-based thermoplastic powder coating. Thermoplastic is environmentally safe. The coating will not fade, crack, peel, warp, or discolor for the life of the product. Thermoplastic has the best adhesion rate of any other process. This keeps the metal base free of any corrosion possibilities. Thermoplastic is applied at a thickness of 25-30 mils.

The best choice for corrosive-free, maintenance-free, outdoor furniture is Thermo-Plastic, PVC coating over steel. Our tables and benches are made with heavier steel to prevent sagging. Then the tops and seats are coated with ULTRAVIOLET STABILIZED THERMO-PLASTIC COATING, FUSED AND BAKED TO 90% GLOSS FINISH. The high gloss finish is important, not only for good looks, but also in helping the ultraviolet stabilizers in the coating decrease fading over years of sunlight exposure. Table and bench under frames are made from heavy wall GALVANIZED STEEL TUBING. For added protection and good looks, the frames are coated with BAKED-ON POLYESTER POWDER COAT in addition to the galvanizing.

To return a product based upon the replacement/return guarantee of ContractSiteFurnishings, you must call or e-mail our Returns Department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (described above). ContractSiteFurnishings will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days in which must be returned to ContractSiteFurnishings. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to ContractSiteFurnishings. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, ContractSiteFurnishings Return Procedure will be breached and ContractSiteFurnishings will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component.
ContractSiteFurnishings will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, ContractSiteFurnishings charges a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective returns for refund.
Products being returned for a refund, must be received by ContractSiteFurnishings prior to 30 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 30 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund.
NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS. ANY LOGO UMBRELLA IS A CUSTOM ORDER AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Due to size and weight limitations, this product cannot be delivered using regular shipping methods. The product will require shipping by truck with scheduled local delivery. Truck deliveries are delivered curbside. The driver will bring your order to the back of the truck, but is not responsible for unloading your items nor is he required to assist in bringing your items indoors. Have adequate help lined up for unloading your items. Be sure to inspect all items delivered before signing. If no comment is made on the delivery bill you sign, you will be accepting the delivery as complete and undamaged unless noted on the delivery slip.

ContractSiteFurnishings offers a 5 year basic warranty on this product to the original purchaser from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. During this period ContractSiteFurnishings will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective component.
This warranty does not apply to improperly installed, handled, abused, damaged by user error, nor to any unit which has been repaired or altered by unauthorized repair companies. Under no circumstances will the buyer be entitled to consequential or incidental damages. This limited 5 year basic warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state where you live. Batteries and plastic housings are not covered by warranty.
